Fantastic ideas are sometimes plucked out of thin air, but more often than not they arise because the right environment exists to make inspirational thinking possible. We enable our clients to inspire their colleagues… so opportunities can be grasped when inspiration strikes.

On brand, on message, on target

We helped ISS’s Training and Development team inspire their employees to ‘become the greatest…’ by designing a suite of printed and interactive digital collateral. The training workbooks, brochures and support materials were designed to be clean, functional, and to fit in perfectly with the ISS brand.

Though still in keeping with ISS’s brand guidelines, workbooks had to be clean, concise and above all, engaging.

We speak your language

Rentokil Initial’s Management Pathway programme provides managers and leaders across the businesses with the opportunity to learn and work together, and to develop their knowledge and competence. We worked closely with Rentokil Initial’s Learning, Development & Talent team and designed, printed and created digital versions of collateral used across nine programmes, such as ‘Stepping into Management’ to ‘Executing Strategy’. We also managed the translation and creation of all collateral into a host of European and Asian Languages.

Some of the workbooks we produced for Rentokil Initial’s Sales Leadership Programme in a variety of languages.

A fresh approach

De La Rue wanted to create a fresh approach to promote its Centre for Learning, so we created the look and feel for ‘The Starship Venture’, a learning programme that encompassed the business’ entire global workforce. In ‘The Starship Venture’, each of De La Rue’s five key learning and development programmes were fronted by a ‘Venture’ leader, a cartoon character exhibiting distinct characteristics that mirrored the attributes of the unique programme, colleagues could identify with as they navigated individual modules.
